How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Tap your name → Subscriptions → Yingji → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the Yingji app, go to Profile → Subscription → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
My AI art generation isn't working. What should I do?
AI art generation requires an internet connection. Check your network connection and try again. If the issue persists, try force-quitting and reopening the app.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 90 days. This action cannot be undone.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your journal entries are private and encrypted. Only you can access your diary. We do not sell your data or use your journal entries to train AI models. See our

What's included in the free plan?
Free includes: 3 AI conversations per day, 1 diary entry per day, 1 AI artwork per week, and 7-day memory history.
What's included in Yingji Pro?
Pro includes: Unlimited conversations, unlimited diary entries (+ 3 regenerations/day), 2 AI artworks per day without watermarks, and full memory history.
